After a – at best – changeable spring, it seems that summer in the Netherlands has finally started. This is good news for lovers of warmer temperatures and sunshine. But especially for the energy bills of our tenants. The Apollo Healthcare Property Fund has invested heavily in recent years in further sustainability of various buildings. In total, there are now 1033 solar panels on the roofs, together providing a total capacity of 354,740 Watt peak. At the sites currently under development, a total of 940 PV panels with a combined capacity of 390,100 Watt peak will be added, bringing us to a total of 1977 solar PV panels with a capacity of 744,840 Watt peak. Good for the environment and good for the wallet!
