Start of construction VanIJburg

In December 2023 construction of VanIJburg started, a residential care complex in Amsterdam. The building is a joint initiative of care provider Amstelring and the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund and consists of 56 housing units for seniors with an initial to intensive care requirement. In addition, 10 apartments in the middle rental segment will be realized, specifically intended for people with a social profession. The building is scheduled to open in the third quarter of next year.
