ABOUT
The nursing complex Jabikshof will be completed in the 2021 with a long-term lease agreement with healthcare provider Noorderbreedte. The object houses 96 residents with an intensive healthcare need, mainly people in the last phase of dementia.
Each cluster of eight apartments has its own look-and-feel with a shared living room and open kitchen on the ground floor. On the floors the individual (bed)rooms are located. The object has a residential appearance and is fully integrated in a residential area in Leeuwarden.
