The Apollo Healthcare Property Fund achieves stable financial returns and positive social impact with its investments in future-proof healthcare real estate. In recent months, we have worked hard to update the Impact Framework. This framework consists of defining impact objectives, identifying impact indicators, measuring and reporting on the impact achieved. For measuring and reporting the impact, we have developed an online impact dashboard. This dashboard not only increases transparency, but also allows us and investors to evaluate the impact and steer towards predetermined impact objectives.
The dashboard gives investors insight into factors such as housing quality, sustainability labels, number of solar panels installed, resident satisfaction, CO2 reduction, etc. The dashboard shows, among other things, that the properties in the portfolio have an average energy label of A+/A++, compared to our target of an energy label A.
