In the second half of 2017, € 395 million worth of healthcare real estate was purchased by investors. The total volume for 2017 reached the record high of € 630 million. More investors see healthcare real estate as an interesting investment. In addition, housing corporations and healthcare institutions decide to sell healthcare real estate more often in order to focus on their core tasks. CBRE also expects a new record in 2018.
