In Q4, the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund signed the purchase agreement for the development of Care & Treatment Centre Reeshof in Tilburg. Hartelt Fund Management was thus able to add a fully leased C& T Centre to its portfolio. The health center which is part of a residential building for senior citizens is expected to be completed mid-2025 with an A+++ label. The center will house a wide range of healthcare providers including general practitioners, physiotherapists and a pharmacy.
