Apollo Healthcare Property Fund recognized for participation in the 2020 GRESB Real Estate Assessment

We are proud to announce that the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund has been named the Healthcare Global Development Sector Leader in the 2020 Real Estate Assessment. This encourages us to continue our commitment and to step up our efforts in the ESG performance of our fund.

Each year GRESB assesses and benchmarks the ESG performance of real assets worldwide. The GRESB Assessments are guided by what investors and the industry consider to be material issues in the sustainability performance of real asset investments and are aligned with international reporting frameworks, goals and emerging regulations.

The 2020 GRESB Assessment structure fundamentally changed, establishing a new baseline for measuring Performance. This 2020 restructuring included the introduction of separate Management, Performance, and Development Components for the Real Estate Assessment. GRESB advises against a direct comparison between 2020 GRESB Scores and prior year results.
