The Apollo Healthcare Property Fund achieved five stars on the global GRESB assessment for the third year in a row, the highest possible score. The underlying score was 90 points, matching last year’s. The Apollo Healthcare Property Fund thus maintains its top-three position within our Healthcare peer group in Europe. Thijs van Eijs, Manager Asset Management & ESG comments,

“Every year it is quite a task to get the assessment complete and this year too it led to a great result. Despite the beautiful sustainable portfolio, achieving the 5 stars is a huge achievement because it is also the highest score for transparency, future-proofing and corporate social responsibility. The achievement was not achieved by us alone; our tenants and manager also contributed to achieving this score. It is very important that we continue to make a concerted effort to make the built environment more sustainable. We are going for an even better result at the 2025 GRESB assessment.”
