Acquisition of medical centre Compas in Emmer-Compascuum

Apollo Healthcare Property has recently bought Medical Centre ‘Compas’ in Emmer-Compascuum. Completed in October 2019, the medical centre has a sustainable design. The centre has a surface area of about 1,400 m² and is leased to a GP practice, pharmacy, physiotherapy practice and various other primary care medics. The Apollo Healthcare Property Fund specialises in housing and care facilities for the elderly and/or people with care needs.
