Hartelt team expansion

Hartelt Fund Management has shown significant growth over the past year with the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund. We also have a clear mission and vision for the coming years to achieve further growth. The team was therefore recently expanded. Thijs van Eijs started on December 1st as Manager Asset Management & ESG.

Thijs has a technical background and was previously Manager Healthcare Real Estate at MVGM, a leading real estate management company. We have been working with Thijs for several years and he is therefore obviously very familiar with Apollo’s portfolio. The arrival of Thijs at Hartelt therefore felt like a very natural step. Thijs will focus on managing the real estate portfolio, technical due diligence on acquisitions and strengthening all ESG activities.
