Apollo Healtcare Property Fund has purchased Care and Treatment Centre Compas in Emmer-Compascuum. Completed in October 2019, the medical center is sustainably designed. The center has an area of approximately 1,400 m² and is leased to, among others, a general practitioner’s practice, pharmacy, physiotherapy practice and various other primary medical practitioners. The Apollo Healtcare Property Fund specializes in housing and care facilities for the elderly and/or people with care needs. “With the acquisition of this highly sustainable (A+++) medical center, quality care will remain available for this region in the long term. With this, the center therefore contributes to the social impact objective of the Fund,” said Victor Gulickx, Fund Director of the Fund.
