GRESB assessment 2023

Hartelt Fund Management is again participating in the GRESB assessment with the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund. Last year, the fund was awarded five stars (88 point); the highest possible rating. We hope to maintain and possibly improve last year’s top performance. The results will be published mid-October.

GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) is an independent organization providing validated ESG performance data and peer benchmarks for investors and managers to improve business intelligence, industry engagement and decision-making.

In 2022, more than 1,820 property companies, REITs, funds and developers participated in the Real Estate Assessment, representing USD 6.9 trillion in assets under management. The Assessment covers more than 150,000 assets across 66 countries.
