On December 18th, we acquired the Care & Treatment Centre “Conservatorium” in Tilburg. It concerns a recently completed (2023) health center with long-term leases, which we have added to the Apollo Healthcare Property Fund. With this, Hartelt Fund Management has acquired a very nice but also sustainable Care & Treatment Centre with an A++++ label, this health center also meets the ParisProof standard. The health center of 1,349 m2 houses several general practitioner practices, physiotherapists, a pharmacy and other healthcare related tenants.
