Hartelt has been a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) since 2017. In 2024, Hartelt again participated in the annual PRI assessment. Last November, the results were published and we are pleased to report that Hartelt once again achieved a strong score of 4 stars. This underlines our strategy of achieving high-quality, sustainable and affordable healthcare housing in the Netherlands.
About the PRI
The PRI is the world’s leading advocate for responsible investment. The PRI seeks to understand the impact of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors on investments and support its international network of investment signatories in integrating these factors into their investment and ownership decisions. The PRI is truly independent. The PRI encourages investors to invest responsibly to increase returns and better manage risk, but has no profit motive of its own. The PRI works with global policymakers but is not affiliated with any government. The PRI is supported by, but not part of, the United Nations.
